				<div class="et_pb_text_inner"><p>According to the<span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong> <em><a href="https://nypost.com/2022/02/17/brooklyn-woo-gang-members-swiped-4m-in-covid-relief-funds-feds/" target="_blank" rel="noopener" style="color: #0000ff;">New York Post,</a></em></strong></span><span></span> 12 men associated with Pop Smokes Brooklyn Woo Gang were taken into custody <span> for allegedly stealing $4.9 million in COVID-19 unemployment relief funds. </span><em></em></p>
<p><span>The gang is accused of using 800 different peoples peronsal information including drivers license numbers to submit unemployment claims worth 20 million. </span></p>
<p><span>The Eastern District Attorneys Office of New York City claims the gang used funds to buy expensive gifts and flash racks of money in a music video called &#8220;Trappin&#8221; which is now being used as a piece of evidence. </span></p>
<p><span>Federal prosecutors purportedly caught the Woo Gang for referencing their fraudulent multi-million dollar activities in the lyrics of the song, which includes the line “Unemployment got us working a lot.”</span></p>
