Diddy has been faced with grave allegations stemming from a new lawsuit filed by Ashley Parham, who accuses the prominent music mogul of violently sexually assaulting her in 2018. This lawsuit comes amid claims that Parham confronted Diddy about his potential involvement in the murder of the late rapper 2Pac. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Parham’s encounter with Diddy’s friend at a bar turned sinister after she boldly stated her beliefs about his involvement in 2Pac’s death, which led to threats against her life and safety.

Following her confrontation with Diddy during a FaceTime call, Parham alleges that she was later lured to a friend’s home where Diddy allegedly appeared. It is claimed that he threatened her with a knife, announcing intentions to inflict severe harm and threatening to sell her into sex slavery. This hostile environment escalated as Parham alleges Diddy and a senior staff member, Kristina Khorram, took part in the continued assault, creating a terrifying scenario that left her fearing for her life.

The lawsuit details shocking accounts of sexual violence, wherein Parham asserts that after attempting to insert an intrauterine device, Diddy raped her with a TV remote and afterward along with two other men. She alleges that the assault continued with another man raping her vaginally, further intensifying the trauma she endured during this horrific encounter. Following the gang rape, Parham attempted an escape and confronted Diddy with a knife, during which he supposedly admitted to drugging her.

Parham also asserts that following the assault, Diddy offered her money to silence her and threatened her family, claiming he had people surveilling her relatives. Reports reveal that during another confrontation, Diddy allegedly was overheard by her discussing his criminal past and boasting about evading justice, which intensified tensions among those present, leading to a gunshot fired at the scene. This violent stand-off reflects the extreme circumstances surrounding Parham’s ordeal as she sought to escape from Diddy.

Despite her efforts to report the incident to law enforcement, Parham claims that she faced disbelief and indifference from the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Department as well as other local police agencies. Her allegations highlight serious concerns regarding the handling of sexual assault cases, particularly those involving high-profile individuals like Diddy. The lawsuit invites scrutiny of both the accusations made against the music mogul and the systemic issues surrounding the reporting and investigation of such grave allegations.
