Beyonce plays it safe by refusing to shout out Lizzo, following a lawsuite that accuses the hitmaker of sexual assault and weight shaming.

On August 1st, Beyonce performed at the Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts in continuance of her Renaissance World Tour. 

During the performance of her “Break My Soul (The Queens Remix)” Beyonce refused to recite the original lyrics which contain a shout out to Lizzo. Instead opting out for a quick remix which Mentioned Erykah Badu’s name repeatedly. 

Badu, Lizzo, Kelly Rowl’” are the original lyrics, but she replaced them with: “Badu, Badu, Badu, Badu.”

On Tuesday (August 1st) Lizzo was sued by threee former back up dancers over claims of  fat-shaming, sexual harassment and more, according to NBC News.

Lizzo herself has yet to issue a public response to the lawsuit.
