The Air Jordan 17 Low ‘Lightning’ is joining Nikes Spring 2024 lineup. Worn by Michael Jordan in his final 2002 All-Star appearance, this sneaker will be releasing along with another All Star Weekend holy grail. The Air Foamposite One ‘Galaxy’ from 2012.

The Air Jordan 17 ‘Low Lightning’ hasn’t released since debuting in 2002, when Michael Jordan made his final All Star Appearance as a Washington Wizard. A Solefly collab did produce a ‘Reverse Lightning’ model in 2018. A release limited to 23,00 pairs. The Lightning OG won’t be as limited.

Also referred to as the ‘All Star Edition’ this take on the Jump Man’s 17th installment of his signature sneaker line features a lower cut compared to the standard Jordan 17 model. Constructed with a black Dynamic Fit sleeve, a chrome strip surrounds the base of the heel, to provide additional support. Utilizing a White, Lightning, Black, and Chrome color combination this Air Jordan 17 Low arrives constructed in white leather uppers as Lightning accents strike most of the midsole and toe cap.
