OVO season is here. We are now nearing the optimal moment for PartyNextDoor and Drake to unveil their long-anticipated collaborative project. Back in August, Drake mentioned that they would release their new album once the weather shifted into the “a little chilly” season.

As fans may recall, Drake, known as the “6 God,” has had a particularly noteworthy 2024, marked by notable interactions with Kendrick Lamar and various public feuds, adding an intriguing dimension to his career. Back in August, he indicated that he and PartyNextDoor (PND) would be releasing their collaborative album once the weather transitioned into the “a little chilly” season. A recent episode of The Fry Yiy Show on SiriusXM, hosted by OVO Noel and OVO Mark, provided fans with an exciting update regarding the status of this anticipated project, suggesting that it is in the final stages of production.

In a recent communication to his fans, Drake expressed optimism about the album’s release, stating that it can be expected “soon.” Furthermore, PND conveyed in August that the album is expected to consist of approximately 15 tracks, although no official tracklist or additional details have been disclosed at this time.

For PartyNextDoor, this upcoming album will serve as a follow-up to his previous work, the P4 album, which was released in April and drew significant attention, particularly due to its provocative cover art. On the other hand, Drake’s latest full-length project was his last October release, For All the Dogs. Additionally, the previous year, he collaborated with 21 Savage on the album Her Loss, which garnered critical acclaim and was nominated for Best Rap Album. Fans are eagerly awaiting this new collaboration, which promises to add another vibrant chapter to the careers of both artists.
