Unclear of rather this is a staged event or not, the Coulda Been Records vs Cash Money Records beef has reached a new height. Friday (November 10th) Birdman took to instagram to show off what looked to be Druski’s Coulda Been Records chain. In the caption, he wrote: “SURPRISE PARTY B*TCH/ SLIPPIN IN STUDIO/ RICHGANG.”

On Saturday (November 11th) TMZ reported surveillance footage of a Los Angeles recording studio where Birdman and his goons can be seen snatching the Coulda Been Records chain off of Druski’s neck and chasing him and his squad down a flight of stairs.

Since the heart of the summer Druski has been going viral for his Coulda Been Records auditions which he televises via Instagram. American Idol’s Simon Powell and Making Da Bands P. Diddy’s brutal reviews of live performances doesn’t seem to be what inspired Druski. Imagine auditioning for an adolescent Suge Knight without the street credit, just jokes as Druski has no issue admitting that he is a bitch. Completely disregrding any talent that is presented to him Druski bullies is contestants and stands behind his secuirty when things go left. Leaving us unsure of rather this is staged or if he is actaully afraid of the consequnces of his antics.

The issue with Birdman stems from Druski’s Coulda Been Records logo which has striking similarites to Birdmans Cash Money Records Logo. Which led to Birdman interupting Druski’s Instagram live to confront the comedian.

Cash Money Records started releasing music in 1992 and wouldn’t go mainstream until about 1996 when BG emerged. 30 years in the industry and I dont think I’ve ever seen Birdman be apart of any jokes.

Last month, Druski addressed the ongoing issue during an interview with Forbes, the social media superstar was a bit tight-lipped when it came to the war-of-words that has transpired between them over the past few months.

“Hey man, y’all just gotta keep watching,” Druski told Rosemarie Miller. “You see I gotta peek behind my back. We here, man. When your idols turn to rivals, that’s what they say. I ain’t saying too much. That’s all I’mma say.”
